William Feldman has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ponce De Leon Federal Bank since 1993. Mr. Feldman is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Ponce Bank, Ponce Bank Mutual Holding Company, and Ponce Financial Group, Inc.

Mr. Feldman is a graduate from New York University with a master’s in computer science. Mr. Feldman has been investing in and managing commercial and residential real estate properties in the New York metropolitan area for over 30 years. Mr. Feldman is manages 13 properties, with ownership interests varying between12.5% to 50.0%, held by The Feldman Living Trust. Mr. Feldman is also President of the Southern Boulevard Business Improvement District, a not-for-profit entity whose mission is to increase the economic growth and stability of the Southern Boulevard shopping area. Prior to 2013, Mr. Feldman owned several men’s clothing stores.
